Annual maintenance of the flagpole holder in an outside situation, to prevent rust and corrosion on the bolds & nuts. This also prevents damage of the holder falling down. We use this Flagpole holder to put in christmas lights. I used our great WD-40 Specialist spraygrease bacause in an outside situation it stays on longer dan our well known MUP.
