MK Hall solar energy savings so far is equal to about 37 tons of coal being burned!

We made the decision to install solar panels on the roof of our office in MK Hall in 2023 and in March 2024 the install was completed, and we started enjoying some benefits right away.
We have been monitoring the energy produced from the panels and the savings over the last year and I'm glad to share some details with you now.
Plenty of solar panels have been installed, 331 to be exact.
On the very sunny/bright days we have seen some figures up to 100kwh produced by the panels, on the very dull and rainy days we can consume around 90-100Kwh, but on the very warm periods when the heating comes down in the office we may only consume 30-40kwh so plenty of opportunities to save on energy and even send some back to the grid.
So far this year, we have reduced the amount of energy taken from the grid, so far, we are around 18% reduction taken from the grid each month. In total that is the equivalent of about 37 tons of coal being burned.
Thank you, David Showler for sharing this!
