Netherlands office doing good for the environment and for charity

In Venlo, when we collect soda cans, we receive an amount of € 0,15 per soda can.
In the past, we put the soda cans in the trash bin, we now have a separate bag for the soda cans.
When the bag is full, we bring it to the shop and we donate the money to a charity, e.g. silent disco’s for people with Alzheimer, or we just take the charity that is at that moment in the shop.
What started as an effort to reduce waste became a movement of giving. It proved that sustainability isn’t just about saving the planet—it’s about lifting each other up.
Once seen as nothing more than trash, a discarded soda can became a symbol of transformation, proving that even the smallest actions can create a ripple effect of good.
